CREDIT CARD POLICY
We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover Minimum credit card charge is $15 Sorry! We do not accept gratuities on credit/debit card ATM facility is available in the salon
APPOINTMENTS
Walk-ins are always welcome, and we’ll try our best to accommodate. All appointments made for parties of five or more people require a 20% deposit and a 24-hour cancellation notice. This deposit is non-refundable.
In the event that you cannot keep your appointment, please call in advance. If you arrive 10 minutes late, we will either require that you reschedule or we will accommodate you to the best of our ability without interruption to our next scheduled appointment.
SANITATION
Your safety and your satisfaction is our top priority. We use hospital grade autoclave machine, which is used to sterilize all of our tools along with storing our tools in sanitary pouches to avoid contamination of any kind. Our spas are equipped with innovative removable jets which are always soaked in Barbicide to make sure it’s bacteria free. We use disposable file, buffer, and pumice sponges for each client. We also use a disposable tub liner for better sanitation.
SERVICE GUARANTEE
We do not guarantee regular nail polish, however, we do guarantee artificial nail enhancements for up to five days.
If you experience any chipping or issues with your gel powder polish or gel polish within 5 days of service we will happily fix at no charge, but must be back within 7 days of your first original visit, one time fixed only. (Example dates 5/01 guaranteed until 5/05) Please call us as soon as possible to address the issues and schedule an appointment. Walk-ins fixed upon availability.
CANCELLATION
We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. Anything less than 24 hours, and the appointments that require a deposit will be charged 20% of your reserved service charge. If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged full for the service. If in the past, you have not complied with this policy, we will require that you provide a deposit to hold any future appointments.
NO REFUNDS
We are unable to offer refunds for services previously rendered. Please see our receptionist at the time of service if you experience any issues during your visit.
LOST AND FOUND
We are not responsible for any items left behind at RockStar Nails N Spa. Any items left in the salon for seven days will be donated to a local charity.
